24. Pour over chocolate chips.
25. Let it set for 5 minutes without stirring
26. Then whisk until silky smooth.
27. Cover and set aside.
28. Take pastry cream and add to a piping bag with a filing tip.
29. Fill eclairs.
30. Dip in melted chocolate ganache.
31. Allow to cool and set
